What we have observed is that there are three types of people when it comes to health.

Type #1 : The kind of person who starts their day by getting up early to exercise, then eats healthy at all of their meals, taking care to eat the proper sized portions, they take vitamins and drink 8 glasses of water a day.



Type #2: The kind of person who is happy to grab every last minute of sleep before they absolutely have to roll out of bed, are lucky if they have time to eat breakfast and usually skip it or drive through a fast food restaurant on the way to work or grab a Starbucks coffee and pastry, eat out for lunch, get home for a late meal and if its really late grab fast food on the way home. Then relax and watch TV before doing it all over again.



Type #3: The kind of person who is somewhere in between types 1 and 2




The majority of us know if we want to be healthy we need to be more like Type #1 but feel as though we don't have the time or tools, or know-how to get there. You can start to "Fizzle the Frazzle" when it comes to your health in several simple ways or just "jump in" to better health with both feet!
