Unfrazzled Living
"If you want to lift yourself up...lift up someone else"
Booker T. Washington

A Fizzle Moment:

Instead of watching television...Read for 15 minutes w
hen you go to bed... you will be filling your subconscious mind with positive information which will help you feel less frazzled while you sleep...happy zzzz's

Make a Difference...It starts with you!

Have you ever met an uplifter, that person that just makes you feel better because they are so positive? Chances are they read or have had leadership training. When we are feeling frazzled the last thing we want to do is to add another thing to our already busy schedule however, if we want things to change...WE have to change. By spending just 15 minutes a day reading I believe it will help you fizzle the frazzle by giving you tools to deal with the things that frazzle you...reading can have a tremendous impact on your life. These are just some of my favorite books that I have read and can highly recommend.
