My goal is to help people become UnFrazzled by offering insight, mentorship and services that help them to reduce their stress and achieve their goals in a positive way and bring joy to the vision for their future. I believe when life  gives you lemons sometimes you just need to make lemonade!

With a varied backgound which includes consulting, office management, marketing, bookkeeping, teaching, writing, editing, publishing, graphic design and a variety of other creative and team building endeavors, I am able to offer those I work with a unique skillset to help them achieve their goals.
